- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Clark Allen takes the extra time to answer all questions then asks again "what else can I tell you?" There was one week he had to cancel my appointment because he was on call, but I was given the option to see his nurse practitioner. She knew all the answers and was able to help too. She also called me back the next day to tell me she had talked to the doctor about my concerns and he agreed with her prognosis. The next time I saw Dr. Allen he apologized and said it had been a crazy unusual on-call week with 8 surgical emergencies. It sounds like it was about the same week that Doug wrote the bad review, so it could possibly be the same reason for the doctor not seeing him. Glad he found a doctor that was able to help but he may want to reconsider such a harsh review, especially if the doctor was busy saving lives. I asked around and have heard only good things about both Allen and Kelly. Dr Allen will be doing my spinal surgery soon.November 26, 2016by Lori Webb Allred
