  I have been seeing Dr. Poston and his specialists for 10 months now. My procedures have been excellent performed by Dr. Poston.....everyone in the "Surgery procedure center courteous and thoughtful.....I have to say his staff is very harsh and extremely rude! I came to my apt on time as to avoid the strict consequences. I have never missed or been late to any apts....I have been in extreme pain with migraines....I waited a good 10 minutes while a girl was at the check out counter on the phone. I noticed my papers on the counter.....they were the only ones in a paperclip with my name on them. I started to fill them out as they take 10-15 mins to fill out. The girl got off the phone and helped go through the papers and apologized for the wait! I told her I understood! On the back of my file we found 2 papers that were not mine! I said this is not me and again she was very sweet and apologized! I went to sit down. The receptionist was at her computer when I returned my papers....she was VERY negativeand nnasty said "you can't go through people's files!" I said I didn't and that the other girl helped me. She brought me more forms....this time upon returning them she repeated VERY sternly that I can't just help myself....I was frustrated and just smiled. 40 minutes later I saw the nurse, then the Specialist came in with a strong handshake....I thought this odd as he has never done that before. He asked how my procedure went....but did not address me, only staring at a computer screen...as I expressed pain and concern he tolled his chair over to me. Sitting up straight grasping his fists tightly, saying "You cannot go through other patients files!!" I was surprised by this and said I DID NOT do this...the other girl at the counter helped me..Again he said more intensely as his eyes widened "You cannot go through other patients files!" Now I was frustrated and looked for the nurse for help, her back was turned to the laptop. I said "I do NOT go through other peoples files!" I was appalled by the accusation..again he said this time "You can NOT be seen by THIS facility if you do not admit to looking through other peoples file!" By now he was extremely furious and I was shaking....not knowing how this all happened within minutes! "He continued "Should we just end this now!! YOUARE NOT LISTENING TO ME! By now I was terrified.....I said "What do you mean? (Hoping he meant end this ddiscussion!) He was EXTREMELY aggressive and sat there w his back straight, eyes b uldging and dilated with palms grasped tightly...I anxiously left the room out of fear and my eyes tearing up as I was having a panic attack looking for the bathroom....he continued to yell at me "you can't wonder the halls" I said I was looking for the restroom in tears...he showed me the EXIT and said "There is the EXIT!" then sternly told his nurse to make discharge letter out loud....I was humiliated beyond belief...to top it off as I reached the 2nd door the nurse yelled " don't you want your medications" for a facility who believes in patients p rd obscure...I sure did not have ANY. I moved my car to the back and had to sit for 2 hours to stop shaking and crying from a very traumatic experience....save yourself grief, and TIME with very uncompassionate staff. NEVER NEVER EVER GO HERE....the real Dr. Will never get the truth!! I have not slept since this event........very scary!!
