- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Even though Dr. Browne seems helpful, the front desk is problematic. Patient handling (i.e. appointments, reminders, follow-ups, lab results etc.) is quite poor. If you need to call and leave a massage, you will probably find that the box is full. After-hours, you cannot schedule an appointment (over the phone via automated service or by using the web). - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It would be hard to describe my experience as we never got in. Both my wife and I have called at least ten times to setup appointments.
