  As a banker, I decided to give Bryant Hafen a call to cover my auto insurance needs because I was very impressed with State Farm's claim representatives. They don't follow the norm of the typical auto claims rep, haggling an accident victim down on price and dragging out a claim payment. I talked to a rep after a bank client had an accident (the rep was asking for loan payoff info) and his main concern was settling the claim quickly, because my client's situation was "just a bad deal." If State Farm can settle a claim quickly and fairly when one of their drivers hits my client, then they can have my respect and my business. They will write a policy on my Army 6x6 truck, and my former insurers (Progressive and Allstate) won't. (They have issues with the truck, not with me.) Since then, Bryant has been able to also cover my homeowner's and life insurance needs. I like the no-surprises approach that he uses.

  Bryant Hafen is an excellent agent. Whenever we have needed help, he has responded quickly to resolve our needs. He is very patient when explaining all benefits and policies to help you find the best fit for you and your family. Impressively, he remembers your name and makes you feel more like a friend than a customer. We have enjoyed the good driver and good student discounts. I would highly recommend him for all insurance needs: life, home, auto.
