- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dentist is great and did good work. However, I called ahead to make sure my insurance would be covered. The Lady in the office said she called my insurance and that they would cover 100%. After a $50 copay. I said great and had the work done. I paid the $50 leaving the office. I was told I was good and that I didn't owe anymore. About 3 weeks later I got a bill in the mail for $70. I called and asked what happened. Lady in the office said that what she had told me before was just an estimate, and this was the first time I heard "estimate". I wish they would have been more up front with me from the beginning. The money wasn't the issue. Thaw fact that they told me I was good to go and then receiving a bill 3 weeks later really bothered me. I'm not saying they are not good dentists. They did a great job on my teeth. I will just never set foot in there again because I was told one thing and received another (bill).January 01, 2017by Patrick Davis
